Who is responsible

BUNDLEBAY, a sole proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh, India, GSTIN 09ALFPM7166B1Z2. Its principal place of business is Flat 1904, 19th Floor, Supertech Czar, Omicron 1, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India.

Part one — this website

The only information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and the name of your business or property, along with the topic you pick and the message you write.

It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not sold, not shared with anyone for their own marketing, and not added to a mailing list. Your message is delivered to us by a third-party email delivery provider, which processes it on our behalf in order to send it, and is kept in the ordinary email record of that correspondence.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Cookies and analytics on this website

This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If that changes — including if a tracking pixel is ever added for advertising — this page will be updated before it happens, not after.

Part two — StayLoop

StayLoop is social content and enquiry software for independent hotels and resorts. It is in development and is not generally available. This section describes how it handles information for the properties taking part in its development, and how it will handle it on release.

Information a property gives us

Details about the property and its offering, photographs and video it supplies, the names and contact details of the staff who use the platform, and the answers it gives during onboarding. This is used to plan, produce and schedule that property’s content, and for nothing else.

Information from connected Facebook and Instagram accounts

When a property connects its Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, StayLoop requests access to: the list of Pages that person manages, so the right one can be selected; the connected Instagram account and its existing media; permission to publish approved content to both; and the reach and engagement figures for the account and its posts. The permissions this corresponds to, one by one, are set out on the StayLoop page.

That platform data is used only to operate the service for the property it came from. It is not used to build advertising profiles, not combined with data from other properties for any purpose other than running each of their accounts, not sold, and not transferred to any third party except the infrastructure providers described below, which process it on our behalf under contract.

A property can disconnect its accounts at any time, from inside StayLoop or from its own Facebook or Instagram settings. Disconnecting stops all further access immediately.

Information about guests and enquirers

When someone contacts a property through a link or button produced by StayLoop — typically over WhatsApp — the enquiry and the contact details attached to it are recorded so the property can follow it up and see what it led to. In that relationship the property is the one deciding why that information is held; we hold and process it on the property’s instructions, and it belongs to the property, not to us.

Retention

Platform data is kept only while the property’s account is active and for a short period afterwards to allow reconnection. When a property leaves, or asks us to, its data is deleted — see the data deletion page, which explains exactly how to ask and what happens.

Where information is processed

We use third-party providers for website hosting, email delivery, database hosting and file storage. Some of them operate servers outside India, so information may be stored or processed in another country and be subject to the laws of that country. Each processes data only on our instructions and only to provide the service we use them for.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and why, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and complain if you think we have handled it wrongly. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Send any of these requests to praful@bundlebay.in. We will answer them ourselves — there is no ticketing system to get lost in — and we will not charge you for it.

If you are the guest of a property using StayLoop and your request concerns information that property collected, tell us and we will pass it to them, since it is their record rather than ours.

Children

Neither this website nor StayLoop is directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to how StayLoop handles platform or guest data will be notified to the properties affected rather than left to be discovered here.
